Recovering from Pain

Recovering from pain or disappointment of any kind is not something that just happens to some people and not to others. It is a decision! You make a decision to let go and move on. You learn from your mistakes. You gather up the fragments of your life and give them to Jesus, and He will make sure that nothing is wasted (see John 6:12). You refuse to think about what you have lost; instead, you inventory what you have left and begin using it with a thankful heart.

In Christ, not only can you recover, but you can also be used to help other people recover. Be a living example of a thankful person who always recovers from setbacks no matter how difficult or frequent they are. Don’t ever say, “I just cannot go on.” Instead, say, “I can do whatever I need to do through Christ. I will never quit, because God is on my side.”

Prayer of Thanks: Father, thank You that You bring healing in my life and You can create beauty from ashes. I pray that You will help me press on, refusing to quit. I want to use my experiences to help others find the same healing that I have found.

IN THE WOMB OF THE MORNING

In the womb of the morning when darkness yet pervades.
Is a stillness of purpose that no one can take away.
To carry in intercession what He holds most dear
Is to walk in His purpose with Godly fear.

Gifts and sacrifices poured out on the altar
Ever present to give without falter.
Is the heart of a king who is a priest
Serving bread and wine, as one who is least.

Those who birthed in the darkened tomb
Will see the sun’s glory burst from the womb.
Many shall come in the day of thy power
When Your glory comes and rains in shower.

Ps 110:3-4 NKJV
Your people shall be volunteers in the day of Your power; In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, you have the dew of Your youth.
The LORD has sworn and will not relent, “You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.”

Just passing through

“Just Passing Through”

Psalm 84 talks of a place called the Valley of Baca. The Hebrew meaning of the word baca is “weeping, tears, or misery”—something we can all identify with. While times of sorrow are a certainty in life, the Valley of Baca is not a place where we are to linger. It is not a place where we should establish residence. It is a place that we are to pass through.

I don’t know what you may be going through today; I don’t know the difficult place you may be in. But whatever it is, you don’t have to stay there. You can choose to pass through your valley. Verse 7 of this Psalm 84 goes on to say of those who pass through, “They go from strength to strength [increasing in victorious power].”

Any time I find myself in the Valley of Baca, I purpose to keep my eyes on Jesus and stand firm on the Word of God. I can do this because I know I’m only passing through. I know that when I get to the other side, I’m going to increase in victorious power. Anything Satan may be trying to do to me is only going to add to my glorious testimony—glory to God!

Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.
Psalms 84:5‭-‬6 KJV

I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. I fix my eyes on Jesus as I stand on the Word of God, knowing that I go from strength to strength, increasing in victorious power.

What Do you See

Many a times we focus on what we don’t have yet and we forget to appreciate what we already have.
The perspective of glass half full or half empty analogy has been used to determine the optimists and the pessimists. But, I realized that in matters of faith and waiting upon the Lord some may feel like they are seesawing on both ends. (I feel like that sometimes😉).
What can give us peace and stability in such instances is our #FOCUS.
Focus on the Lord not on the Load of cares.
Focus on His Promises not on the Problems.
Focus on What He has done already not on what is yet to be done.
This builds your faith and your confessions because creating Power.
Several times in the bible the Lor

I am asking you too in that challenge, situation or issue, “What do you see?”

Greatest man in history, had no servants, yet they called him Master. Had no degree, yet they called him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today. His name is Jesus.

HIS WAYS HIS WORKS

After today’s sermon, I have developed a deeper desire to know God’s ways. Yeah not just to see His works but to know His ways.

Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known” (Psalms 77:19).

God walks on the water, but you will never see His footprints there.

GLORY POWER

My Declarations!!

I don’t want provision and protection without Your presence.

I’m not going to settle for any blessing without the Blesser.

I don’t want the land without the Lord.

I desire to know Him.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,” “neither are your ways My ways, saith the Lord.”

Don’t ever make the mistake of thinking God’s ways are like your ways or God’s thoughts like your thoughts.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Your thoughts are never going to reveal to you God’s ways. God’s ways are always mysterious.
Yeah, if we are not to rely on our thoughts or ways then this calls for intimacy.

An intimate relationship with God does not come by observation, like seeing God part the Red Sea. It does not come by interrogation or reasoning. It comes by spending time face to face with God.

INFORMATION OR INTIMACY

You cannot love a person until you know their ways, and you cannot know their ways until you spend time with that person. When we learn to seek His face and not His hand, we will know His ways and find rest for our souls.

When you know God intimately, there is serenity. Peace comes into your life. God gives you rest. There is stability. There is sufficiency. And you learn, no matter how bad the problem, not only is God necessary; God is enough.
I desire to get there👌👌

Pride The Peddler

Pride the Peddler – it all began as an inspiration. I thought it only applied to me. But the Lord who reveals the mysteries continued to download more and more in my spirit. I faithfully wrote and then He spoke clearly to my spirit to publish it to all who love Him.

Here is a book that will guide many on how to deal with pride. Pride creeps subtly and if left unchecked it causes havoc in many lives.IMG-20190311-WA0080IMG-20190311-WA0078
